What is trust in a relationship? Trust is when you know you loved and cared. Trust is when you know that you are safe with a person you are with. You should never trust in the beginning of any relationship because only time creates trust. Only past history of you together creates trust and hope for future. Never put all your desires and all your hopes and all your fantasies just in one person especially in the beginning of the relationship. After a few years or months (whatever your personal expectations are) you will have a history of being together and then you can count on some trust in a relationship. Only good constant communication can indicate whether you are on the same page or not. Find out if your partner is lieing about small things to you or not. The more brutally honest your partner is with you, it's better, at least you know he will not hit you from the back when you don't see it coming. The worst thing about lack of trust is misleading, broken communication and such. You can't build complete trust with someone you are afraid to talk to. If someone wants to break up with you just because you want to discuss something, is a really bad sign. Find someone who can be tolerant enough to have good communication for you both, so you will always know you are on the same page and don't keep secrets from each other. Keeping secrets, misleading one another is the biggest wrongdoing in any relationship. Be honest with each other about what you want and help each other to meet those needs. Trust is very important for any relationship to be healthy. Trust is when you know your partner tries his best to meet your needs. Trust is when you see your partner suffer just to please you and make you happy. Trust is when you give your best afford to each other to make each other happy. Trust is when you know your partner truly cares if you get hurt. Trust is when your partner will do everything he can to save you from the hurt. Trust is what makes you beleive that you are safe and cared for. You might not always feel loved (the way you want to be loved), but you will feel safe that your partner never wants to see you suffer. Trust is build on empathy and compassion. Trust in relationship is when you don't feel judged for who you are and what you want. Trust is when you know you won't feel completely rejected. Trust is when you know your partner wants the best for you and will jump through the hoops to please you. So, test your relationship and build a relationship with someone who you can trust. Maybe you are secure enough and you don't need too much trust, everyone can handle different levels of intimacy and trust, so find what suites you the best and makes you feel safe and loved. |
